The training team will ensure that each client is fully trained in all aspects of using, understanding and administering the system.

1. Scoping and Planning
   Our SIS consultants work with your school to create a unique need assessment for your school. After comparing Monitor's features with your school's specific needs, we create a plan to meet and develop any custom needs.
   
   
2. Business Process Review of your School
   A detailed review of your school's business process and a thorough analysis of your current student information infrastructure is conducted. We then develop a statement of work specific to your school's unique, including objectives and highlighting implementation phases.
   
   
3. Benchmarking
   A benchmark comparison is conducted to show you how Monitor will specifically provide value and benefit to your. Our goal is to help you choose the right solution for your school.
   
   
4. Implementation
   Our implementation program includes a highly dedicated and experienced team that will not only get your school up and running with Monitor but guide you through process, answering any questions or concerns along the way. We offer training once Monitor is successfully implemented on your campus.
   
   
5. Sign-Off
   Only when you are up and running do we get a signoff from your school that you are satisfied with the implementation process.
